BTB POLICY STATEMENT

BTB Builders Sdn. Bhd. (Formerly known as BOB THE BUILDERZ – BTB ) was formed in Year 2005 and it is incorporate to create a dedicated group
to participate in the Building Construction & Renovation fields that inclusive of all range from Construction wet work to Interior Design, Bungalow
and Terrace houses, Factory and Shop lot construction works such as refurbishment and fitting out, inclusive of the M & E works that back up by
our group company as following:

BTB M&E Engineering is incorporated to back up on the building services engineering e.g.; Electrical Services, ACMV System, Sanitary Plumbing and
Sewerage System, Fire Protection System, Security Alarm system & CCTV, Door Access Card, Telephone & Network System, and Maintenance Services.
The company policies and efforts are directed towards providing the desired technical and practical field performance, while affording maximum
protection to its clients at all times.

The experiences gain by the company and our staff in a wide variety of work situations means that we can now offer a wide diversity of activities in
almost the entire range of environments in the field of Building Construction & Renovation.

Quality and Reliability is our Principle objectives and these form the basis of the strategies used to monitor our performance in all contracts.

BTB Builders Sdn. Bhd. – In the process to establish and to achieve Quality Assurance and to seek and ensure excellence and quality in all its
endeavors to provide products and services which meet the expectations and requirement of the clients in future.

SAFETY ASSURANCE POLICY

BTB Builders Sdn. Bhd. is committed to a policy of ensuring the health and safety of all its employees, contractors and the end users of its
products and services.

This policy is supported by the following philosophy and objectives namely:

All accidents and injuries are preventable.

The prevention of accidents and injuries shall not be compromised for profit or productivity.

All personnel are responsible for their own and their fellow worker’s safety.

Regular audits shall be undertaken to monitor and evaluate the performance of the Safety Management System.

Management shall respond swiftly and positively when shortfall in health and safety are identified and/or accidents occur.
