MR. BERNARD LEONG

After obtaining qualifications in Civil
Engineering, Bernard was initially engaged by
building consultants in Singapore specializing
in Structure Engineering works.
An engineer with over 20 years’
construction professional experience.

He is also as an inspector on various
structure defects investigations, inspections of
building defects and dilapidation, particularly in
building failures.

Subsequently Bernard expanded his
experience in the field of M&E works, where he
obtained qualifications in Building Services
Engineering and practiced as a design engineer
with Singapore based M&E consultants.

Upon his return to Malaysia in
1996, Bernard was engaged by contractors
and developers in managing the construction
of Buildings and M&E works for retail podiums,
office towers, medical centers and hospitals.

In 2003, Bernard started his
construction company BOB THE BUILDER (BTB).
He then upgraded the company to BTB Builders
Sdn. Bhd. in 2013, now BTB is a license CIDB G5
contractor. He provides valuable expertise in
Building Construction and Renovation works.

Mr. Robin Loh has more than 15 years experiences
in construction & Renovation projects, massive
experience housing projects and ID fit out for
both residential & commercial projects. Hand on
site co-ordination and Supervision skill.
MR. LAI KAM YIT
General Manager
MR. Lai, graduated from United Kingdom with the professional qualification in BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying, he has accumulated more than 8 years of experiences in Contracts administrative for Mix Development in Housing & High Rise Projects and involving in Project Management and Value Engineering.

Mr. Bernard Leong, educated in Singapore with the professional qualification in the field of Civil Engineering and Building Services Engineering. He has accumulated more than 30 years of experiences in the building construction & Renovation projects, inclusive of ID fit out and M&E Services Projects.
